Made with 100% grass-fed and finished beef sourced from regenerative ranches, completely free of sugar, nitrates, and artificial preservatives. Biltong vs. jerky: instead of being cooked or smoked at high temperatures, biltong is marinated in vinegar and spices, then slowly air-dried without heat over 10 to 14 days. Sliced after drying, it delivers a tender, steak-like texture. Ingredients: a clean profile centered around just 5 to 8 real ingredients.
